I am a regular customer at Dippple & Conway in Norwich City.Recently, I again got a fantastic friendly and clear treatment from start to finish. My consultant Ben was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and informative. He complied with all our appointments in the process of finding a new frame for my new glasses. He let me feel like a customer that I was significant and that my satisfaction with the product was the most important thing.He also clearly informed about the products that I could choose from and without trying to sell me anything other than what I exactly needed.The store also has State of the Art's newest robot, which can scan your face so that new lenses in the glasses are completely adapted to your main movements and eye movements. When I got my new glasses I could immediately see clearly and haven't had to spend any time on adaptation.I can clearly recommend this store with quality products and not least top service and customer treatment.
