Took two large packages to their service center main office since I do not have a scale but they would not accept the packages, do not have a way for customers to weigh and ship packages. Crazy way to do business.

My delivery should have arrived Tuesday 14 Nov 23, it didn't arrive. Website said it would arrive next working day. Nothing arrived. I called Thursday and was told it would be delivered, they've said it was attempted to be delivered but no one was in, which is a complete lie, I was in and dealing with my food delivery when they apparently arrived. Customer service line kept hanging up, rearranged delivery via website for a service point on Monday, website said it was at the delivery location at 7.22 after driving to the service point discovered there was no delivery. Called customer service and was assured it would be delivered on Monday and a manager would call me. Once again nothing was delivered and no manager bothered to speak to me. Instead it was delivered Tuesday, which then meant I had to drive again to the service point when it could have been delivered to my home on this day. They don't care about giving a bad service. They don't deserve even 1 star.

Rubbish, on the first day, delivered 1/2hr before time slot so I wasn't home, and I took time off work to collect for no reason. Second day they delivered 3hrs before the time slot, luckily I was home to pick tools up for work! When I asked the delivery lad he was very dismissive, how am I supposed to organise being here for deliveries like this? And if I'd have missed this delivery I would have to take more time off work to drive a 20 mile round trip to collect my parcel, truly shocking service...

We paid for next day delivery and selected to collect from a service collection point so we could ensure we would get it in time. We were sent an email saying it could not be delivered as the collection point was closed. When telephoning dhl they explained the collection point was not closed but that the label had been put on incorrectly. They said it would be redelivered the next day. We have today now been advised it has been delivered but not provided an access code so cannot pick up. We have been told we have to wait 48 hrs now for this to be sorted. This is unacceptable.

Same sentiment as other users. This depot needs a re think in how the general public access the building to drop off parcels. I avoid using DHL because of the strange way the building reception is used for office access and receiving items to ship. Hardly any parking for dropping off and never close to the doors either. Very poor.

Was notified of a "Click & Collect" parcel ready for pick up with a photo proof it was delivered that wasn't there and hours later received a notification saying it was undeliverable. Didn't hear anything about trying to re-deliver the parcel for 2 days. I tried calling them to speak to someone and the only number available is automated call that hangs up immediately after giving parcel delivery information

Fantastic customer service today over the phone. A suitcase was supposed to be delivered to me from British Airways thru DHL, but BA entered the wrong address. For a full week BA has been fairly useless and I'd resigned to never seeing my luggage again. But DHL called me today and have expedited the delivery to the correct location overnight. Could not be more grateful!

They have had an important parcel of mine for 5 day and keep cancelling delivery, they are now saying it's going to be another 2 days making it 7 days, I'm sure they will cancel again. there is no way of contacting them by phone, absolute joke of a company! zero stars give to this pile of sh*t.

Waited in for parcel although not required as could be left in safe place. Wouldn?t trust them to do so as last parcel was left out in the rain. 10 minutes before end of delivery slot informed its been returned to the depot, phones closed. No delivery until Monday now. Useless. I would give 0 or minus star status if possible.

I thought DHL were good resposive and reliable. They are not. My parcel yesterday was left at the wrong address and no, I didNOT sign for it: it has still not been recovered.Today's parcel is now rescheduled for Monday. Why deal with this rubbish firm?

Calling card left. No doorbell was rung or knock on the door despite my being at home less than 10ft way from front door. Was the boiling of a kettle so loud I didn't hear them? Doubt it. I had an earlier delivery from Iceland and got a doorbell rung. DHL=Nothing. Deplorable. Why they are ever used by companies beats me. No local depot number to contact, no human. Just an automated call centre.DHL=Deplorable Hopeless Losers.
