11 day wait for manager to call me
I called dfs a week and a half ago about our delivery that was due the following day as I hadn?t had a time window etc, I was advised it wasn?t coming and they didn?t know why it had been changed. I was advised a manager would call me - I?m still waiting for that call and our delivery

The simplest and easiest experience I've ever had for an order, ordered our furniture and kept up to date the whole process of when it will be arriving, brilliant customer service and arrived on the day they said, can't fault it at all.

After phoning the call center and speaking to a very unhelpful lady and not getting an answer about our delivery date I visited the Norwich store and spoke to David one of the managers there.
He was the complete opposite and said he would sort the delivery date.
He phoned when he said he would with the date. Very polite and helpful chap

l would never buy furniture from this company ever again they tell you that they are so good that they guarantee them for 15yrs and after a few months l had a problem which after insulting me about my size they repaired it it was caving in and the bottom of the recliner has now come apart l have no pets and we are 2 elderly people l have had it just over 6 yrs and phoned them only to say that it is only guaranteed for 2 yrs so l am putting this review on trust pilot by the way it is the same seat in question

Had my sofa and swivel chair delivered yesterday by Dan and John! Absolutely brilliant service, it was a very tight and difficult space to deliver especially since there were stairs. But they were determined to deliver it into my home and in perfect condition. Thank you so much to you both!

Came here twice. The first time a lady helped us, she was lovely and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember her name as she should get credit for her helpfulness. The second time I came in, I was on my lunch break. Everyone just stood around, and I had no interaction
with anyone, a completely different experience. Ended up buying my furniture elsewhere ?

Great when they?re trying to sell you something, but their aftercare is horrendous. My sofas have been at the distribution centre for nearly 2 weeks now and I?ve had my delivery date changed 3 times now for no reason whatsoever apart from the DFS call centre?s incompetence. Nobody seems to care that I?m tearing my hair out trying to get this sorted, they just don?t want to listen.

Went to buy a sofas, 1/2 and hour later, job done. Just waiting for delivery now. Excellent service from Simon and great coffee too.
