I felt my experience was very expensive for what I got.My car failed an MOT on a TPMS issue.They were unable to diagnose the fault, so I booked in with Desira for a fault check.£125 to diagnose a faulty TPMS module.They were very helpful and said they could look into it further. Two hours at a cost of a further £250. I was informed it wasn't working. Suspected water ingress.Final bill £375.The staff were very friendly and I had a very nice cup of coffee.FYI, Desira, I was able to purchase a new OEM part several hundred pounds cheaper than what you offered. I also fitted it myself in less than half an hour.

Fantastic customer service from Martin Green when recently purchasing our Mokka. Helpful, friendly and a credit to Desira. Advert accurately reflected the car and the whole process from initial viewing to collection was simple. I took my Vitara into the dealership in Norwich today, I had a recall notice, I booked online.Once I arrived & was greeted by staff who were very professional and courteous.I was told the approximate time of completion would be about 4 hours, but in just under 2 hours I had a text saying my car was ready.I also had a video health check text, nothing wrong thankfully.Thanks to Joe Taylor and Joe Browne, oh not forgetting the staff member who washed my car.Top quality service.
