As with many places they?re good till there?s a problem? only with a problem can you really find out about a company and what their customer service is.I can?t praise the shop enough, my espresso machine broke down and the 5 year care package I?d taken was not performing as promised. A manager in the store resolved the complaint/problem there and then, appreciated the crazy response from the care package went above and beyond to resolve the situation within 15 minutes and I walked out very satisfied and they having retained a longstanding customer. Thanks mr manager (didn?t catch your name) very much appreciated.

Not sure what is going on with Currys. We went there yesterday to buy an air fryer. It took maybe 15 minutes to actually talk to someone, staff seemed to avoid eye contact. I had to go talk to a cashier in the end. Anyway, took our purchase to the counter where the cashier just turned her back on us and proceeded to ignore us for a good five minutes. She then decided to have a go at us. Told her to keep the bloody air fryer. Bought one from Amazon instead.

Oh dear, what has happened here? Staff were flustered and hurried. We took a brief look at what we wanted and decided to order online as we didn't feel it was a good place to make our final decision. We could hear staff telling people that they were understaffed. There were 3 tills available with staff but this section was not busy and needed to be out serving customers. Currys used to be part of PC World, but not sure if it is now. It was our go to place for tech, but we would say that now isn't the case. Would not be surprised if this store closes in the near future.

Bought washing machine, couldn't find a staff member once I'd decided which one I wanted. Delivery staff much better than shop staff were.

Will never shop here again after being (wrongfully, of course!) accused of theft by a member of store staff. I have shopped here several times in the past, never had a bad experience (though the store often doesn't have as full a range of stock as might be hoped for, and the store staff often don't seem to do very much at all, the latter of which isn't always a bad thing) and was on this occasion about to purchase a laptop bag. Needless to say, I will spend my money elsewhere and will not be returning to shop here...

Went in to purchase a new TV for myself and the staff we encountered could not have been less helpful. Walked in and was looking around for about 20 minutes before deciding what to buy and tried to get someone to help us despite the store not being very busy. Managed to get someones attention. A young lad who was talking to another store assistant the entire time we was there came over and I asked him about the TV and he pointed to the display which had some information on it but obviously this was not what I wanted. I said that I wanted to buy this one and he pointed to the box underneath then he walked away without another word.At least 4 other staff members we saw were with other customers and clearly doing their job and answering questions.The young lady on the till was a ray of sunshine with her bored expression and "can't be arsed attitude".Not a single member of staff said hello, goodbye, thank you, have a nice day or any other form of pleasantries you would expect, especially from such a large company.Very disappointing and honestly it felt like I should have gone elsewhere however i can't fault the product I purchased or the price I paid but with it not being a curry's own brand I could have gone online but wanted to see the products in person.
