I highly recommend The Crop Shop Lowestoft, Suffolk. I used to dread haircuts. I have fine, flyaway hair and often ended up with a style that was not what I?d asked for! But? I recently had my hair washed, cut, dried and straightened by Donna. She listened to what I wanted, was friendly and efficient, and gave me a cut I love, and which suits me. I?ve booked my next appointment there. I?ve now been twice to the Lowestoft Crop Shop and both times I left feeling happy. Thank you! ?????

i went in for a fringe trim, i wasn?t sure what to expect based on reviews but im broke and im open to any haircut. i was pleasantly surprised with the end result and it was exactly how i described and imagined it. the wait was short and i was in and out in under 10 minutes. I expected to pay £5, i paid £10 but I think the service itself was worth this so im not upset about it.the downfall for me was that they didnt use black cloaks so i was covered in hair afterwards. the excess was blowdried but obviously it didnt get rid of everything.there is a sense of commotion and panic but i think this is to be expected? because the staff are a bit panicked since everything?s walk in based. so if youre looking for pleasantries and the most spectacular customer service, maybe not the best. but as someone with little money it ticked my boxes (except being covered in hair afterwards) :)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Crop Shop. Despite booking an appointment for both hair coloring and a haircut, I was informed upon arrival that it wasn't possible that day and was rescheduled for the next day. Initially quoted £87, upon returning, I was suddenly presented with a bill of £150, showcasing a lack of transparency and professionalism. Additionally, the staff operates independently, resulting in varying and unpredictable pricing. Furthermore, despite assurances that a different brand of hair color would yield the same results, the color faded within three weeks, indicating poor quality. I strongly advise against trusting the prices listed on their website and caution against opting for hair coloring services at the Crop Shop.

Really helpful friendly staff but once you have found a stylist you like always book with that person might be a bit more expensive but worth it well done kim thank you for my daughter hair

Been coming here for years, finally found a stylist who listens to what you want and can deliver. Stuck with her now for four visits worth paying the extra few quid to get the results I want.Unfortunately this stylist has now left and no longer in the UK so I've had to start over again. Last two visits had the same stylist and so far it's working well.

Experienced staff and good atmosphere. They do exactly what you ask for and give good advice if you're not sure what you want. Lovely haircut.Walk in system but you can book particular stylists online as I did. Good to do if you need a certain time. Be aware though the appointment time may not be spot on if your stylist is finishing a walk in customer.Would definitely recommend.

Budget hair cut but standard is really good. I have always lived my hair cut in here and refuse to go anywhere else

Was advised the wait would be, circa 15 mins. 30 mins later, decided to leave, as no prospect of a stylist in sight. Staff acknowledged business, but did not apologise for getting 'waiting estimate', so wrong, unfortunately. Left feeling, inconsequential, as a customer, sadly. ?

I was very pleased with my cut and blow dry. the stylist was lovely. Gave four stars as the wash could have been better. The girl was very nice but only washed the hair, not the scalp, and the water was only like warm.
