Told the shop assistant I needed a 10 or 11 size boot, he offered me a 10 1/2 which was good but didn't follow up at all when I said they were too small. (There was a box of size 11 on view) Prices way too high.

Wow! The service here was impressively attentive.Lisa spent an hour to help my bf find the perfect boots, as one of his feet has a different size than the other.She was informative and super helpful.We learnt so much about hiking boots just trying things out, and gladly we found a solution to the problem!Thanks for the help and patience!This is the place if you're looking for hiking gears & professional help.

Have more stock and "good" brands than anyone else. Price at upper end of the range, but they often have specials online that they match in store. Got an unbeatable deal on a Rab Valiance last year.

Great place for all things outdoors. After a couple of years of relying on cheaper umbrellas and getting nowhere, I decided that a proper umbrella was required. More expensive but one must expect that with the quality.

Gait analysis only available 11 and 3, even though staff out number the customers 2:1. Didn't seem that knowledgeable about running, went to sports link in traverham, much better service

Great experience replacing my walking shoes today.New Keen waterproof walking shoes were a bargain. Didn?t catch the assistant?s name, but he was very helpful in making sure that they fitted. ( Hope he has an excellent time walking the GR Trail in the Teide National Park )
