Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Disappointed in my coffee though as I ordered an iced caramel latte, hoping it would be as good or better than the chilled ones from supermarkets. I'm sure it would be to some peoples' tastes but I felt it lacked flavour and body. I'll definitely go back to Costa but will get something else next time

Rating purely for the staff! Anya is so bubbly and lovely when serving, despite normally a line of people waiting she never seems stressed. There?s also a blonde lady, perhaps in her 30s, who is often there lunch times on weekdays serving. She is always so polite, happy and patient with the staff in training too. Thank you, your customers really appreciate it!

Not the most glamorous location but the staff and always friendly and nice to chat to. It is as good as having a local coffee shop as you can get.

This shop is ok but due to high turn over of staff it lacks continuity sometimes you will get Mac n Cheese no cutlery or white coffee with no milk! Staff tend to talk among themselves behind the till
