I visited this branch of Costa on the morning of the 17th of December, the two girls serving really couldn't be bothered. When I asked for some milk for my coffee it was as if I asked for a bottle of champagne on ice. The staff looked like they had both been sucking a lemon and had just dragged themselves out of bed to test their customer service skills and needless to say failed miserably! I won't be rushing back to this Costa any time soon.

A usual Costa within the city. The staff are friendly enough, quality of the drinks and food is the same as most Costa branches, nothing to write home about, but no complaints either.
