I have been to this costa a couple of times and neither of them times have i felt so uncomfortable until today. The lady who served us was MISERABLE, and i get it working in a coffee shop is hard and draining, but when a customer is polite back to rudeness you don?t continue being snappy.

Visited this store today and experienced awful service. The cashier was quite rude, her face twisted in an unfriendly expression, and she spoke in a low, dismissive tone. She ignored my instructions completely?I had asked for three items to be packed to go, and the rest to be for dining in, but she put everything in takeaway containers.

What an amazing team at sweet briar.Raheem, Lake and others, they are polite, fun and bubbly. They were respectful to all customers of all ages.

Allowed 4 people on table smoking just outside doors and caused me to have a very bad experience.....if your asthmatic or have a lung condition walking through billows of smoke to get in isn't appealing....when I spoke with manager and asked if they could be moved along or the tables nearest doors outside be non smoking the answer was defensive and said it wasn't policy.......then simply change the policy to the recommended 20/30 feet away as giving people asthma attacks isnt good customer service......Health above habit....
