If it was possible I would rate this 0! Popped in for a drink and a snack after the pantomime today. Everything was being served in takeaway containers/ wrappers ordered two hot chocolate with cream. We saw that no cream was added to the drinks and asked if there was cream on the drinks, the surly barista said ? no? then looked at the receipt , took the drinks back and put the smallest amount of cream possible on the drinks having tipped a lot of the hot chocolate away. She then more or less threw the drinks at us. Watch out for her, no communication, hair blonde on one side and dark on the other and so full of customer service!

Asked for Latte and Cappuccino with no choc sprinkles. Got luke warm latte and choc sprinkles? Service here was really slow with a 13 min wait time.Unusual for a Costa.

Standard Costa, but felt a little grubby and tables weren't cleared very quickly probably because not enough staff were available. The cake I had felt a bit old and was pretty dry, the coffee was fine though

Can't really comment as had our dog and not dog friendly so sat outside. My partner went in and ordered coffees as Greggs next door coffee machine was out of order.

Wow! Highly expressed with the service here.Vegan food and drink options available.Every care taken to food allergies.Friendly service.Disabled parking bays outside shop.Clean toilet facilities.Dietary restrictions: I told the server about my milk allergy.Everything used to make my oat latte was throughly cleaned, and checked. Big thumbs-up ?????

The staff were lovely but there was lots of dirty crockery on many tables so you felt it was untidy and chairs being scraped on floor while sweeping was going on so it didn't feel relaxing. Coffee was good. We didn't eat so can't comment on that.

Busy late morning on a Tuesday. A baby screaming but I can cope with that! All food well prepared and hot. Drinks were excellent as always. Staff very friendly and professional.

Nice enough, a costa is a costa wherever you go. Staff were nice, although I did ask for takeaway but was given it as dine in initially. They soon changed it.
