Awful experience. Ordered food, a hot drink and a cold drink was told they'd bring it over, the food arrived then a few minutes later the cold drink arrived, waited for a few more minutes and had to go up and ask about the hot drink I was told that they only do table service for cold drinks and food which we was not told, why not add the hot drink to table service or don't do table service at all
The prices are ridiculous and you can't use a Costa club card here either we had to clear and wipe down our table before we could sit down. Plenty of staff about with no organisation, we won't be using them again next time

Parking: This Costa is at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. It is hard to find parking anywhere at the hospital though they have just opened a multi storey pay car park. Entrance is just off the main drive in. Exiting is not so easy. Left the multi storey car park yesterday and following all routes sign went on a journey through unmarked countryside and ended up near Thickthorn roundabout.
