Some of the staff are crazy here.
I went to buy 1 of there £1 donuts here they was 1 day out of date so I told the young lady behind the till she went and told a female Manager who was really stroppy she said I can't give these to you but I never asked anyone to give them to me.
She then started making poor excuses the staff are to busy to check everything she then had cheek to refuse to serve me.
She should be extremely grateful a customer is letting them know there's something out of date on shop floor.
Next time I won't be so kind I report them and let them get a big fine.
I can't believe trying to do a good deed and a horrible Manager turned it against me.
Also guy that works here the one always wearing a face mask is rude and unhelpful.

It's a shame that this is the only convenience store at Norwich station. The staff are polite, but there's consistent overcharging, stock shortages and it's just easier to walk to Morrisons. Hopefully another operator will take this on at some point.

I want to like this place. I really do. It's a local, co-operative business that is open fairly long hours. But I can't like it, because it isn't any good. You can't use it in a hurry because they're understaffed, so you often have to wait a long time at the tills - twice as long if the self-service is malfunctioning and you have to go to the back of the queue to use the manned till. The staff that are there try to be helpful but too often they don't know what they're doing, causing further holdups. Even some of the price labels are wrong - I recently paid twice what I expected on some Belvitas because of an incorrect price tag. Plus they pump insufferable music into the place. And woe betide if you look like a homeless person - they'll chuck you out on sight. A LOT of room for improvement here.

I do live around the area so I go there often. Literally every one is extremely rude not helpful and obviously not bothered. I mean it?s a customer service job you don?t have to be extremely nice but at least show some respect. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Would give this place no stars if I could! The staff in there are so rude & unhelpful the woman behind the til is so sarcastic & rude then they all laugh at you! Dreadful place avoid at all costs

They have this little hot food bar, comprised of things such as noodles and porridge that you can make with hot water, and a tap with cold and hot water. This in the worst of times saved me and my brother from starvation. I?ve never felt so satisfied, at a time where i missed my train and had to wait an hour for the next, the hot noodles from this shop were the highlight of my day.

This is an excellent little co-op, with a very good range especially given its size, and they have a 'do it yourself' station with hot water for porridge, pot noodles etc - excellent idea. Coffee is good too, I find it's better than the coffee shops in the station. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly - special mention for a young guy working there today (Saturday 13th Jan) who was great. Should have got his name cos I want to write to co-op HO and commend him.

Decent store. can get quite overcrowded at busy times. Prices are relatively reasonable for a railway station shop.. Decent selection.

I was surprised by how large and varied the vegan food selection was so would recommend if you are vegan or dairy-free! Store is a bit narrow so can be tricky when you are carrying large suitcases
