Served by two miserable members of staff who seemingly didn?t want to be there. My partner asked for a particular size of shoes, the lady went to find them, handed him the box to try on them slumped off back to the till to stare at her phone and ignore all other customers.
At the counter we tried to make polite conversation and she just answered with blunt one word answers. Wish we hadn?t bothered going and just shopped online!

Visted this store today to get my son some school shoes just wanted to say I can't belive how rude one of the staff members was.
Asked her to measure my sons feet and she really couldn't be bothered and then after walked off said what ones was we looking at showed her she said nope not got any didn't ask if we would like to try others wrote down his size and moved on.
In the end I didn't get my other sons feet measured out of the pure fact she was so rude and not interested at all. So clarks have lost 2 sales today because of this attitude towards a customer
Yes it was busy but there is always time for politeness and patience with customers what happened to a good customer service.
I would thoroughly recommend clarkes head office going to this shop and seeing what's going on.

Been twice recently as we usually love Clark?s but we waited so long to have my kids measured, both times we gave up waiting, we were in there over half hour.. with toddlers this is a long time. One man told us someone would be able to help then they never showed. Need more staff able to measure, there were 5 staff member but only one measuring. Not enough when it?s a busy Saturday and there?s a sale on. We went to start rite instead. Won?t be back to Clarks.

Went to Clark?s retail park Norwich 25th November 23Very impressed with your shop assistant-He ordered a pair of boots for me. Measured my feet. Boots arrived today as planned and a perfect fit.Excellent service- Thank you.

Very happy with my experience at Clarks, as usual I left it right until the last minute, the day before my son went back to school.. saw a very helpful lady called jade she went above and beyond for my fussy sonWho only wanted trainer type shoes she looked through a bunch online for us and went back and forth several times for him to try on different shoes despite being aided with a walking stick. The shoes he picked were out of my budget and so she gave me a discount and even chucked in a pair of insoles . Thank you jade for making my experience great ?

Great service at Clarks, booked an appointment for school shoe measurements and was seen slightly earlier than expected, had a selection of shoes to choose from and good advice from the person fitting them. Sue was particularly helpful at the counter when making payment. Thankyou

What a disappointing experience. We took our 17 month old to get resized and purchase new shoes. We were hopeful due to the positive reviews on here which focused on customer service. Unfortunately we experienced the complete opposite. There were about 5 or 6 members of staff who looked as if they wanted to be anywhere but there.Positives were that we were seen and daughter measured quickly and without appointment. However, we noted an awkward, silent look between the members of staff to see who would get the "short straw" of serving us. The young man who measured her feet was pleasant enough though.Once we had her feet measured, we went to look at shoes. No one approached us to see if we needed assistance or if we wanted to try any shoes- they were too busy lounging around the till area and gossiping. There were only a few customers in the shop including us.Eventually, we went to the till to ask to please try a particular size and one of the guys rolled his eyes at his conversation being interrupted and having to help a customer. Again, no one approached us while we were trying them on to see how they fit. We called over the same eye roller guy and he sloped over to us, sighed and asked... "What?"We were so taken aback at this rudeness; when we asked if he thought the shoes fit our daughter OK, he very gruffly told her to "turn around and stand here". She's 17 months!!Anyway, we decided not to buy the shoes purely due to the customer service. We did mention this to them as we left to which they said fair enough.Mind boggling lack of service from a young group of employees in a near-empty shop.We'll be sticking to Start-Rite.

Chris and Max were excellent. Had a first baby shoe fitting and they were chilled, informative and picked out some great shoes. I could not think of better people to have helped!

Lovely kids sale, both staff helped to ensure shoes fitted well on my daughter as she is on cusp of different widths. Great selection.
