We recently relocated to the UK and were first timers shopping for school supplies for our kid starting school here. Honestly, we were a bit nervous about finding the right shoes and trying to get our heads around all the guidelines required for school uniforms ( we came from a US school system). But we made the right choice coming here and getting it all sorted?so glad we chose Clarks!
Fleur, the sales assistant, was an absolute star. She was so friendly, incredibly patient (even with our endless questions!), and clearly knew her stuff when it came to fitting school shoes. She made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable for us. It made a world of difference to have someone so kind and knowledgeable helping us out?Fleur is a real asset to the team there.

Ed is my favourite employee and a great salesman, the shop is clean and employees are great at what they do! Would deffinetly recommend if looking for smart shoes for work or school. Only complaint is too expensive for what it is.

Huge shop,expensive. Kids shoes upstairs and extremely tiny lift. Kids shoes not priced so shock at the till-£38! No staff upstairs as short staffed so had to go back down to try Kids shoes on.
Staff friendly....but sort your prices out.

Fantastic customer service and Floss was brilliant helping find shoes for my 13 month old boy. Love the separate floor for kids so that the little ones can roam around safe. Will definitely be back to buy the next size of shoes.
