Be aware, the main toilets by the car park are now closed permanently. Not the best way to save money, especially for those with limited mobility that now have to go all the way up to the food hall now.
Update, toilets are now open. Have 5 stars.

Modern shopping centre. 3 floors, would be great to have more maps,can get confusing. Lots of different shops and food places. Parking too expensive.

It's a mall. I rarely visit, there's nothing in there that I can't get cheaper elsewhere. We live close and it still baffles me why people want to spend time there. And if the car park is busy maybe try the forum, pottergate pay and display or st Giles car parks. They're usually way less busy and right on the lanes.

Went yesterday to food court and it's ridiculous. It's such a large area which is being completely wasted, not enough seating up there for people to sit and enjoy their food purchases.
Mc Donald's seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Come on Norwich you can do better than this, what a waste of space!!!!
