I left my car with this garage on Monday for the MOT. They called to say it had failed due to a coil spring and brakes and quoted £674. As they said it was a ?dangerous fail? due to the spring being broken, I decided to leave the car to be fixed at this garage rather than moving it elsewhere. I was told that a staff member was off that day but they would have it done by Friday at the latest. I heard absolutely nothing, and when I called on Friday morning, apparently they were in the middle of the job. Nobody called back until Monday. After I had paid and collected my car, I realised they had charged me £698. so I had to ask for a refund of £24. Finally, I decided to replace the tyre that had been flagged up as an advisory, drove all the way to Stalham, only to find that the locking wheel nut that they had assured me had been put back in the car, was missing. So I had to drive back to Coltishall to retrieve it. The mechanic was very nonchalant, gave one word answers and just walked off when I told him I was unhappy about the situation. MOT should have been on Tuesday , James phoned to cancel as the machine wasn't working. Said he would phone again to either squeeze me in that day or another time. By Friday I had heard nothing from them so phoned and left a voice message. Have heard nothing from Them again. Customer service - 10

I was really pleased with the service I got here. They quoted a fair price before the job started and they stuck to it. No hidden costs at the end and the standard of work was good.

Fantastic service!!!No matter how busy they are they will always take time to help. Their work is always to a high standard with a smile and you pay for exactly what you expect (no hidden charges)I can not recommend this garage highly enough as they are worth every penny!!
