We got a wool carpet on recycled foam underlay fitted by Carpets Plus. They did a neat job, quickly and efficiently, despite the odd shaped room. At our request they left some offcuts so that we could use them as door mats.I would recommend.

Purchased my flooring and Mothers carpets, found Carpets Plus to be a 100% fantastic firm to deal with, the two representatives from Carpets Plus that laid the carpets were very polite, helpful and asked questions. Would recommend them to all. Carpets look great. A big thank you to all.

Very happy customer, give these guys a go!We've just had Darren come fit serveral rooms for us. We found him to be very professional (offered to wear a mask before us having to ask), on time each day and letting us know before they set off they were coming, clean and tidy.Having got a quote initially from a "big named, national" carpet fitting company these guys could offer underlay at nearly half the price which meant we were able to select better quality carpets for our budget.Gary in the showroom was very helpful letting us take away samples from the showroom and kept me updated throughout on the delivery of the carpets.

What can I say about Gary and the team? Absolutely Brilliant Service. We wanted to go to a local independent shop and found Carpets plus just down the road from us. We received a very warm welcome and were left alone to browse with NO pressure sales at all from Gary. I choose a carpet in the top range and once I explained to Gary where I wanted it, he advised straight away that it would lose the fluffyness as it's a major walk through area. What a honest opinion, I decided this is the man and the shop where I would spend my money. You cannot beat honesty !!! Lee came and measured up what a nice guy as well again very honest to my questions. The day of the fitting arrived and the two brothers were extremely polite, professional and on time. Throughout, they kept me informed, fitted the carpets very well and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend them for honest and warm welcome. Thank you so much, I will be back for bedrooms to be done.

Excellent service and quality at a good price. The standard of fit and finish was excellent as was the overall communication. All work was carried out to a high standard, as arranged. I needed a seam in the new lounge carpet which is invisible to the eye. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent selection of vinyl coverings and good helpful advice. Reasonable prices and honest over the pricing. Told us it would be better to get a quote closer to home as it would be more with them due to travelling to Great Yarmouth.

Best local carpet shop in Norwich. They have their own fitters, and price is good too. I picked a carpet which turned out to be manufactured in Belgium and had some delivery issue because it was Brexit and lockdown all at the same time. But Gerry did his best to chase the supplier and when the carpets finally arrived at their store they load it straight onto their vans have it fitted in my house on the same day. I waited for a few months to wait and see the quality of the fitting and it holds up well, thanks Gerry!In comparison I tried one of those big chain carpet shops before and because they use outside contract fitters, when we had a problem the chain carpet shop just avoid any responsibility and just keep telling us to go back to the fitters which can be impossible to get hold of. So before you go for one of those big chains you really should give this shop a try.
