I like the frappe there. The only suggestion would be to clean customers tables more often.

Lots of comfortable seating, more so than the other Nero in my opinion but there's less of it. The staff were lovely and I collected a too good to go bag which was full of good food as well as getting a coffee. The staff were also helpful letting me know what I might like and what i might not. The only reason i've given 4 stars is that I have recieved poorly made/mixed coffees previously. Particularly getting a mocha over ice which they're capable of doing elsewhere but did struggle when I went here.

Very rude staff compared to the other Caffe Neros.
I pushed the door instead of pulled and the server essentially shouted at me saying be carful it's pull in a very condescending tone as if I had purposely done it.
Then turned to her colleagues to make a very sly remark. I will be writing a complaint to head office. Simply informing me would have sufficed rather than make an example of me in front of many customers

Asked for a decaf, black Americano to go in a flat white cup, the barista didn't even tamp the grounds before throwing it in the machine. Left with a sour and flat coffee. I'd go back and mention this but it took 20 minutes to get served with only 4 people ahead of me.

A lovely place, only two staff, a really long que, one member of staff clearing tables but likely needed to jump on the till. I was also told I could not get stamps for discounted drinks. This was not true for the other cafe Nero near the market so unsure why she said this to me. Also they did not have the lovely brioche egg and bacon sandwiches that they do in the other one which wad a shame. Amazing coffee though. Need to be more pro active at recognising a que and people getting annoyed at waiting too long.

Your staff with brown hair and septum treated customer disrespectfully. Terrible and will not return to this brunch again.

Too expensive and not such a nice range for lunch from John Lewis so we found Nero to have a much better choice

Oat milk is gluten free, great for coeliacs! Always quite quick here, good service, although limited seating. Recommend the hot chocolate.
