I have been extremely impressed with the service I've received from this branch. I am particularly pleased with the accommodating nature of their delivery driver. Despite the less-than-ideal location for delivering the large bags of building materials, he has always done so on time and with a smile. This is what I consider excellent customer service.??

Used to use this company almost every day .Then one day I went in and one of the managers was training a new staff memberThe manager severed me for some hard core and charged me £12 more than I normally get charged. Considering I bought a bag the day beforeI queried why it had gone up so much and was just told ? that?s what the computer says ?Considering it was in already in the van I paid.As soon as I paid the manger said I can match it next time if you can show me a receipt.By this point I felt very disappointed considering I have an account I shouldn?t have to prove it and he decided to tell me after I had paid.Apart from that I?ve had good experiences but after I was treated like this I?ve not returned and don?t think I will.
