Hate doing this because it?s a charity but the delivery and state of my item is so inadequate and the manager is rude. Bought a vanity table which came to £75 with delivery. The other item we ordered came fine. My table came scratched on multiple sides with a big one at the front, when calling the manager she said ?well you knew it was damaged so I don?t get why you?re calling? - we agreed to a damaged hinge, not an utterly scratched top compared to the pristine condition I bought it in (I have before & after pics). When asked for a partial refund she said we can have £10 so 1/7th of what I paid but again, she was reluctant to saying this and had such a rude attitude when doing so. Also, I highly recommend that you actually clean things/ clean things out BEFORE selling, who?s keys are these?

Had some really nice furniture from here in the past when purchased latest piece last week was told they would pickup 2 wardrobes up from me but when delivery arrived after a lot of confusion about the delivery refused point blank to take either of them which are perfectly re sellable it was getting near the end of the day and I believe they couldn't be bothered very disappointed won't use again have let themselves down badly

This shop sells great furniture at very affordable prices! They also offer delivery of items for a fee. Most of the staff are usually polite and helpful although some members of staff don't seem to be too happy to assist..

We've gotten a fair few pieces of furniture over this last year and are always left feeling upset by their delivery driver. The English guy is alright but the other guy is so, so rude and finds fault with everything. I honestly hide around the corner in my house until he's left, makes me feel so uncomfortable.

Bought a hoover from here today which was a good price however when i got it home found the hoover bag completely full and the filter and inside of the hoover very dirty i have deep cleaned it. I know this is a charity but i am very surprised that this was not cleaned and checked.....

Would love to give 0 stars cause of how useless they are. We booked in a furniture pick-up, (there was no list of items they can't take) but when they arrived I pointed to a table and they immediately said no. I asked if could at least take the chairs and yet again, no. 'We can't take chairs by themselves' well they go with the table?? Honestly so awful, left us in the dirt as we needed the space cleared urgently. They had already agreed on a time and date and then last minute changed it for no reason, but then to finally show up (half an hour EARLY) and to refuse almost all the items I wanted to donate, honestly what's the point. Furniture was in absolutely fine condition, seen worse crap on their shop floor for sale. Truly don't bother, there's barely any redeeming features of this shop.

incredibly helpful shop staff, took apart the desk for us and helped us load it into the car, making it a lot easier! they had exactly what i was looking for and it was a very reasonable price, thank you!

Browsed for a long time to select ideal items for my house. Staff were attentive and polite. New pieces where coming into shop all the time. I selected a corner sofa and measured it completely to ensure it would fit and suit my room. Other items were also purchased as on sale and added to the delivery in two days. I may extremely pleased with my purchases and kitted an entire 2 bedroom house for less than £500.

We used the British Heart foundation to arrange a collection for our old sofa.The process was very easy (an online form!) and the prompt cal back to arrange the day was very efficient.The team that collected the sofa were very pleasant and accommodating, and removed it with ease. Thank you

Large charity shop in city centre located on castle meadow selling and accepting donations of furniture and good quality electrical items. I had a couple of mains powered lamps that I recently donated they were happy to accept. They also took my CDS/DVDS, although they don?t sell them in that particular store they took them to pass over to another BHF store that does. The person who served me was friendly and polite.
