I have never felt so welcome and valued as a customer. As I entered the Branch Mohammed greeted me by name asked me how I had been and even queried the situation regarding a conversation we had the last appointment I had a year ago. The young lady that performed my eye health check was so polite and clear with all details and options, the optometrist that performed both my vision for both glasses and contact lenses was friendly polite, very thorough and genuinely seemed to care about the heath of my eyes giving me clear instructions on how and why to let one of my eyes health that I damaged the surface of. following on from the optometrists recommendation Mohammed helped me pick out a new set of frames to replace my ageing glasses so I could benefit from my updated prescription, clearly explaining all the lens options and of course I went for then all why wouldn't I. I have been wearing glasses since I was twelve years old and had contacts since my early twenties and never have I been to a more efficient, helpful, patient and friendly Branch than Castle Street Norwich I will never choose to go to another optician as all the staff I have been looked after by have always been 5* and Mohammed makes sure everything is always clear organized and the customer always comes first. to top this all off every staff member took a second to say thank you and good by as I departed. I got what I needed, felt valued and the appointment genuinely brightened my day plus I have a stylish new pair of glasses that are comfortable more suitable for my needs and make me feel more confident when wearing them compared to my previous pair. Thank you Mohammed and team Castle Street.

What a fabulous team here at castle street opticians in Norwich. Optician was amazing and friendly, really informative and helpful in choosing glasses. And then the girls on the sales were very complimentary and lovely , chatting away with me and making the experience very enjoyable!! Thoroughly recommend them all!!

I had my lenses replaced in my sunglasses.... they saw me when I walked in off the street and my glasses were ready in 10 days. Really friendly and helpful. I'm a faff to fit and Chloe was so patient and dedicated. Thank you..... I'll be using the case from now on!

I have been a customer at Boots Opticians for about 20 years. The service I received on 15th September was the best I have ever received despite the store being crazily busy. The service in the past has usually been adequate (once or twice a bit poor as well) but never exceptional, however today it most certainly was. I dealt with several members of the team but primarily with Grace. I felt all the team worked so well as a unit under pressure this morning never faltering in politeness nor trying to rush the customers. As stated I primarily dealt with Grace who was polite, efficent, patient and had great technical knowledge. I had picked out a pair of glasses that were not suitable to the new lenses I required. Grace fully explained which frames were more advisable and found an ideal pair (nearly half the price of my original choice!). I am on the autism spectrum but I prefer not to wear this as a badge in public and so I did not disclose this. It is to Graces credit that she was able to convince me that the glasses I had picked were not suitable for these new lenses because if I like something that much I find it very hard to change my position. There was a time in the past (a few years ago) when I was really not happy with Boots Opticians. I talked to my wife on many occasssions about switching to a rival supplier but as I said, I find change very unsettling so I reluctantly stayed with them. I am so glad I did as todays visit has restored my faith not just in Boots but quite possibly even in people as a whole.

A very positive experience for my eye test but a particularly positive experience with the purchase of new glasses. The team interacted with were informative, funny and friendly. They went above to double check things like measurements and preferences before the expensive commitment of my new meta glasses and they were great at entertaining my son who was out running these errands with me
