Staff member was very rude to my partner who was picking up a prescription on my behalf.
Apparently the issue stemmed from me not ordering my mental health medication far enough in advance.
I just want to say, I've never been on a prescription before - this was my first time ordering and I'm sorry that I did something wrong. I was just following the instructions I was given by the GP.
With that said, you provide prescriptions to people with all sorts of issues - so to see such a lack of empathy today has definitely changed my view on the place.
Everyone else I've spoken to in the past has been lovely though.

Again rude and incompetent staff ,have complained on several occasions only to hear nothing.. I dread going in for my prescription , I shouldn't be made to feel like this ,Total joke

Considering how completely overcrowded Hethersett is becoming, this pharmacy is comical in size! Very long queues in a tiny space, and only one member of staff serving.

Ridiculously long time to fill prescriptions as in a week from when they receive them. When challenged about this staff where Rude and accused me of being unreasonable and aggressive which I was not.

My wife went to pick up my prescription on Saturday morning as we were unable to do so during the week, she was told there was no pharmacist on duty and she couldn?t have the prescription. What?s the point in having a dispensary if you can?t dispense! This is the worst pharmacy we have ever used, prescriptions never ready on time and constantly poor customer service bordering on rude!

Aware of their large workload, but a friendly attitude wouldn?t go amiss!If you want to buy anything from here, be prepared to wait in the same queue as for prescriptions (which really can be a long wait!). Also be prepared to share with everyone present your name and address ?.Oh, and pls don?t text to say prescription ready when it?s not complete ?.

Prescriptions as I was rudely told take 10 days to be dispensed! They like us all working in healthcare have a duty of care. I have also seen staff being rude to elderly people that have trouble getting to the chemist to be told, again rudely, they have to come back!

The staff serving in Hethersett are so rude it?s unbelievable. An elderly lady who was in-front of me was struggling to stand and the 2 women serving were very rude like the lady was an inconvenience. Had no patience for her. It was awful. Then they proceeded to tell me I was standing in the wrong place! No customer service whatsoever. Staff need to go on a course on how to be polite or work in a different service!

People complain about Boots.
I do! They always seem to be short of staff.
Queues seem to be the norm these days.
I phoned our local branch to enquire about repeat prescriptions.
The young gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful.
I'm never rude to the staff, itsnot their fault.
I blame Boot's for making sure the staff levels are acceptable.
