Used to use this pharmacy because it was near and handy but every time I went there my prescription was never ready although I had made sure that they'd received it in good time.I was always asked have you got any shopping to do? (NO!) I've come for my prescription. So I changed pharmacy's (Not Boots) for a far better service. However my wife needed a product off the shelf and I thought I'll pop in to Boots (MISTAKE!) Kept waiting while staff were toing and throwing behind the counter. Disgruntled ex customer.

went to get my flu jab and the pharmacist barely said 2 words to me. she didn't ask me about any allergies pe anything else she just straight up jabbed me. then when I was leaving I saw her fill out the questions without asking me them. at least it was quick lol in and out in under 2 minutes.

Wouldn?t sell me migraine medication, even though I had a slip which was given to me when I filled out a form with another boots pharmacists, left in tears in the car after being up all night with a painful migraine. The pharmacist didn?t care. On a power trip. First rule of healthcare - do no harm. Horrible will never use boots or Waitrose again.

Boots have closed two other local pharmacies, leaving this tiny outlet to cope with far too many customers. I feel so sorry for the staff, who are overworked to the absolute limit. As a customer, the result is appallingly bad service. I've had to wait for my medication for up to 8 days after my GP sent the prescription. On numerous occasions I've been told to come back in two days, then it's still not available as they've sent it off to be dispensed elsewhere. The shop is dirty and the shelves are empty. The tiny area behind the counter is always full of plastic crates. The same staff who used to be very kind and friendly, are now stressed and grumpy. Boots should be held to account.

Amazing how very good staff can become demoralised and demotivated by poor management, used to reorder prescriptions, text when it was in, answer the phone, and smile, no more at this place.Shame on you Boots, and the tories that have destroyed you.

Sat afternoon and the chemist is shut,can't get my prescription which is ready,what is going on,think you need more staff .

Poorly stocked shelves of basic everyday meds. Shelves dirty and floor grubby. Chemists by the very nature of the service should present a clean spotless image. Staff friendly and helpful but my meds are never ready when I call. Collect half a day later or shop for 15 mins. They are all probably experiencing supply issues but cleanliness just involves either hiring a cleaner or rolling up your sleeves
