In 35 years of weekly pick up. Also picking up prescriptions for other people. The most friendly professional team. The fastest and never a mistake from caring pharmacist. I cannot sing there praises enough!

Terrible place, they NEVER have your prescriptions when they are meant to, either phone up before making a wasted journey or what I am doing and getting prescriptions sent else where. The staff are nothing but RUDE, maybe they have chosen the wrong job which other people would kill for that job in this day and age. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. if I could've given no stars I would of done.

I visited Boots, Chaplefield Norwich, earlier this week. Their, service, attention to detail, kindnesses, care and consideration, is second to none, from my experience.They strive to assist and accommodate, where possible, even getting a prescription ready at short notice, when my GP surgery were less efficient, than usual - relating to necessary pain-relief....Thank-you so very much?????? ?????

Unreliable and staff less than honest. Was offered automatic prescription renewal. Called subsequently to pick up and staff denied they offer this service. Promised medication would be available next day. Called again (customer in front offered automatic renewal) and told it would be a further 3 days. Went elsewhere.
