The staff at Castle Mall Boots Opticians are brilliant. They are all really friendly and helpful. We have had a great experience with myself for glasses and contacts and now most recent my 2 children. Even when the frames are not quite comfortable the staff have been amazing. I would recommend 100%.
The only downside i have to mention, its really difficult to get through on the phone lines if you need to speak to someone, which is understandable due to the store always being fairly busy however when you do eventually get through the staff are really helpful again.

I?ve had many visits to opticians over the years but this would be one of the best. I had a double appointment for Contact lenses and Glasses. They were busy and my appointment was unfortunately running late but I was fully updated. My Optometrist on the day was Sarah Eagling who put me at ease immediately and was very professional and friendly throughout. Overall a very good experience.
