I purchased my clothes from Norwich branch on 31st may and was suppose to receive my order within a week and it?s almost 2 weeks not received and the lady from Norwich branch is trying her best to find my purchase But there is nothing happening from the customer services nobody answering the phone no web chat working there is no point of contact. This is absolutely not acceptable I hope my matter is resolved and the clothes are delivered ASAP. Inspite of going to purchase from the stores this has happened. As I never purchase online the store made the order for me. Hope I get the purchase made.
