This is a huge store having taken over the unit next door when it became available. This means there's so much more available to customers, especially in the homewares department, although their range of everything is bigger across the board. The store is usually very clean and the staff are helpful, when you can find any. There are disabled parking spaces on the Riverside complex. BEWARE of parking over 2 ½ HOURS though, as you'll get a ticket. How disabled people are supposed to do their shopping at all the retailers on Riverside, and perhaps stop for coffee and/or lunch too is completely unreasonable. As I walk at approx half the speed of the able-bodied this is grossly unfair, but sadly the parking management company refused my appeal so it's now put me off and I go elsewhere, where I feel more welcome. It'd be a shame for the retailers to lose large numbers of customers due to this but there you are.

As B&M Stores go, this is a good one. My only issue is that there's always queues at the checkouts so it puts me off 'just popping in'. Needs some self service tills or more staff on tills.

Its a B&M, competitive prices. Only thing that could make it better is Air conditioning. To hot in there to shop. Chocolate bars a puddle in the wrappers.

I recently purchased a large set of storage drawers to store my pet's dried food. B&M offers a wide range of products at very reasonable prices. The staff has always been polite and helpful. Parking has never been an issue, provided you adhere to the advertised two and half hours time limit. If you exceed this limit, be aware that you will receive a parking fine within a few days, as the entrance and exit are monitored by CCTV.

A large B&M store with a good variety of products.
Like most of the stores, they are better at prices on some things , but when they reduce items, they generally are better priced than others.
Part of a parade of shops, so worth a visit if you're in the area.
