First time here and very happy with everything.
Food was great.
Our table server was excellent, probably one of the best I have experienced, because of her we will definitely be coming again.
Our receipt states "Gosia", if that's wrong I apologise.

My most recent experience at Bills seems to reflect a few others, that whilst I have been to Bills a number of times in the past and always had great service / great food, this occasion was incredibly disappointing. Everything seems to have gone downhill and I unfortunately won?t be back in future.
I had booked a table for Sunday AM, and for whatever reason there was only one member of staff that seemed to be ?allowed? to show diners to their seats. Whilst he attended to the party in front of us, FIVE members of staff were stood around the bar chatting to the other members of staff behind the bar, and we were ignored until the original member of staff eventually came back to show us to our seats. He took our drinks order and left us to it.
Another member of staff then asked if we ?wanted any drinks?, to which I confirmed our drinks order had already been taken (and she would have known that had she been paying attention and not talking at the bar the whole time).
When our food came, it was lukewarm, bordering on cold. The avocado in my breakfast was tangy and seemed off.
It was frustrating that if you wanted to use the wifi, you had to fill in a huge questionnaire that included details of your postcode, and your gender!? Why would you need to know someone?s gender to use the wifi?
We paid using the QR code on the table, which added a 12.5% service charge and the ONLY way you can get it removed is if you ask a member of staff.
I won?t be dining here again, the service has gone so downhill and the food and overall experience was really disappointing.

Seated at an awkwardly situated table right next to another couple. Service was fine, I guess, but didn't appreciate the service charge.
Main complaint is the incredibly bland food. But I'm glad to see my dinner lady from year 9 has found a new job at Bill's in Norwich because the food is literally indistinguishable.

Big thank you to George who served us today. He was so friendly, chatty and attentive, always making sure to check we had everything we needed. Great to have someone make such an effort with the customers and make them feel so welcome! All the staff were so friendly and all looked genuinely happy to be there - which can be such a rarity in hospitality these days.

I always pop into Bills when working in Norwich. The staff are genuine and friendly, great service. The food has never been anything less than excellent ?
Tonight I had the sea bream with giant couscous and green beans along with a glass of Shiraz. I particularly like how seriously Bills take allergies and this gives me reassurance.

I?ve been to bills twice now, the first being lovely and good food this was around a year and a half ago. I went last month and was left extremely disappointed, the establishment was clearly understaffed, our waitress was flying back between our table and others while we were trying to order/ask questions. The 2 breakfasts we ordered were both disappointing, one chicken bacon pancakes missing the syrup and chilly oil and the pancakes and chicken were complete dry. The other meal being a large breakfast, considerably smaller than last time I had it, the majority of the food was either under cooked or over cooked with the toast only been toasted on one side also the large breakfast was served on the shallow bowl making it extremely hard to cut and enjoy. We were unable to complain as our waitress was nowhere to be found, and we had already waited long enough! The bill for this meal was overpriced, and included a 10% service charge which we had to pay as there?s no option to remove on the screens and our waitress had once again disappeared after handing it to us. Wouldn?t recommend you can get far better breakfasts elsewhere for the money. Shame as the building and interior is lovely
