Delivery, installation and clearance great, two nice delivery guys. Then it went wrong, driver tried to reverse large lorry up my steep drive resulting in damage to driveway, awaiting your comments.

Had planned on trying a number of different stores but after visit to Bensons decided I was unlikely to do much, if any better. Shown how different firmness of mattress helped and then invited to try selection of those with preferred firmness. Assistant July was helpful and informative and did not try to direct me towards mattresses outside my indicated budget. If delivery and experience of mattress on my own bed is as good as visit to the store was, I will be very pleased.

Tina who was the sales lady made everything so easy for us as my husband had just been diagnosed with Parkinson?s and she showed us a bed with a firm edge which is what we asked for. She knew her products and put us at ease with our choice. Tina was 5* in sales as well as being very friendly and welcoming

I was buying a mattress for my teenage daughter, she tried the mattress which tells her all her pressure points and what firmness would be beneficial for her.
We ended up getting a lovely medium wool 2500 spring mattress after she had tried numerous ones in the shop. After a 3 week wait the mattress turned up at the allocated time and the delivery men were extremely polite and courteous and took the items to the exact room I wanted upstairs.
The whole experience was really nice,this was the first time I've bought a mattress in store as I usually buy online and hope with fingers crossed that it will be comfy and to our liking.
As an extra little bonus we also received 4 free pillows with our purchase.
I will definitely be coming to Benson's again when I need to replace my Simba mattress as I also now know that Bensons are going to be having Simba's in some of their stores.

I was dreading the visit to buy a new mattress but the day has come to order a new one. It was a pleasure to visit the store on Sunday 25th May. I was helped by Lora, she was amazing and made me feel at ease. Had no need to even think about visiting Dreams next door. Top service and will be recommending to all. Was like a walk in the park super easy!

Delivered with care. Delivery men were friendly, obviously very experienced and removed my old bed and built the new one quickly. Leaving my bedroom clean and tidy. I'm delighted with the delivery. Excellent!

Just went in to look at beds and Judy helped us out and we ended up with a bed mattress duvet and expensive pillows with the 25% discount. She spent time getting us the best deal and was very helpful.
The only place to give us great customer service all weekend.
