Bryony was smiley and lovely from the get go. Squeezed us in a table on a Saturday night when we had no booking. The food here is always fab but with good service it tastes even better.

libby was extremely kind and sweet, the best server ever. super understanding and was willing to explain things for us as i had dined here for the first time. libby is a very positive individual which elevates the atmosphere in this restaurant. the food was absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend.

Went here for a quick bite to eat before we went to the cinema next door, the waitress came to take our order. Drinks first, no issues there, then food. When I asked her what one of the pasta sauces was she told me to Google it. I asked her if she could just go and ask someone in the kitchen she finally reluctantly did. She really didn't seem like she could be bothered at all to be there. We got my boys starter reasonably quickly but then waited for around 45 minutes before we asked where the food was. We were told by someone who looked like management that they would go and see and let us know but he disappeared and never came back. So on asking another waitress she had found out that the order hadn't been put through after the starter was bought out. We only had 20 minutes left at this point until our film started, so we said we would have to leave it. Unfortunately a few pizzas and a child bowl of pasta was all it was and you would have thought that over an hour would have been plenty of time, especially as they had only just opened. They still tried to charge us for the starter of garlic bread and water that we had while we were waiting instead of offering to waive it as a gesture of good will. Very dissapointing but it seems that basic training and teaching the staff the menu isn't applicable here.
