Of all the places we have golfed at, this has to be one of my absolute favourite?s. The course, the staff and the food were all fabulous! A big thank you to Debbie for her help with booking us in and accommodating our group! We will definitely come again!

I came to visit on a golf tour with the guys and played both courses which were fantastic and challenging. The facilities were excellent for the price we payed, however the most impressive part of the stay was the attentive level from the staff. They were excellent! They 'wait' on your every need, when we finished golf, to dinner and breakfast in the morning. I was exceptionally impressed with the team and notably the manager who looked after us extremely well. I was part of the Coe golf tour.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, paying what I?d consider a premium rate. Unfortunately, the experience didn?t live up to the price. The interior décor felt dated and a little tired in places. While our rooms were clean and comfortable, storage space was minimal, and a desk lamp in my room was missing its bulb. Although the hotel advertises a pool, we were told there was an additional charge to use it ? disappointing, given the already high room cost. With its location beside a large golf course and an on-site day spa, this hotel may be better suited to golfers and those accompanying them than to guests simply looking for good value accommodation.

Such a great place to play golf, two courses to play but the Hill course is the better one in my opinion as in a lot better condition. This is by far the best course I have played this year for course conditions. Lovely facilities.

2 golf course both good quality the Hill slightly easier for those staying up heat facilities available drink, food, gym, restaurant etc

Great service from the bar and restaurant staff.
I had a massage that really helped my sore neck from golf.
The Valley Course was in amazing condition! one small gripe, it really needs a bridge from the 8th - 10th fairway as its a blooming long walk to get to your ball if you miss left :)

Lovely weekend away!
The hotel is amazing and the staff go above and beyond. We stayed for 1 night only, but it was great to see that they have plenty of facilities to stay longer.
The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, but is also very close to Norwich, so it's perfect to enjoy the city and relax back at the hotel.
Sharon, Sophie and Morgan were amazing and made sure we were very well looked after.
Also Pete made sure we had everything set for the birthday celebration.
For sure will be recommending the hotel and returning in the future.

Not sure how they can justify the prices they charge here. The room was old and tired, toilet didn't flush properly, TV remote was broken and filthy. There was also something leaking down the door. It's a shame because it feels like the hotel used to be nice but they just gave up.

I recently stayed here on a business trip. Overall it's a pleasant hotel but a couple of things frustrated me. Mainly that the air conditioning is set to automatically turn off after 2 hours. When I queried this with the reception team they were unable to do anything about it and sent me a fan. The issue was that we were in the middle of a heatwave and it would have been nice to sleep with the air conditioning on, especially when you consider the price of a nights stay. It's a pet hate of mine when hotels do this.
The second 'issue' was the sheer amount of flies and wasps in the hotel - it was like an infestation and I heard a lot of people complaining about it. I ate in the Sports Bar on the first evening and was unfortunately put off returning because of all of the flies. I am sure it's a very clean hotel, but when there are so many flies it makes it feel like it could be dirty. A suggestion - put those spinning fan things out on the breakfast table in the mornings to deter flies (the sort you have at BBQs and can find in garden centres).
The staff were very nice though and the room was clean and tidy with a view over the garden. There are lovely White Company cosmetics in the rooms too!
I never visited the spa so can't comment on that.

Overnight stay booked via Secret Escape. Started to relax as soon as I entered the premises. Very chilled and welcoming atmosphere. Service was excellent throughout. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The discounted 30 minutes treatment with complimentary bathrobe on the morning of the second day was an unexpected bonus. Real value for money and outstanding service throughout. Would highly recommend. I have already booked our next girlie spa day for September, again as a special offer, and will keep having the occasional overnight stay.

Great location and wide range of quality facilities. Played the Hill golf course this week. Greens in good condition, fairways poor with lots of bare, dry patches and bunkers some of the worst I?ve ever seen.

The staff and golf course were great, but food and drink was expensive. Also we had to pay extra to use the pool??
