me and my friend were looking for a product that they unfortunately did not have. However Paul was very very helpful in guiding us and giving us ideas of where we might find it such as the b&q website. He was great and very helpful!!

Received a parking fine here because parking management company said car was parked there overnight. It wasn't. Made two visits to store in 24 hours. ANPR error. CCTV proves car at home.

I went in to look for a specific tool and a lovely gentleman I belive his name was Glenn approached me and asked if I needed any help. He came out to my car to see what size tool I needed as I was unsure. He guided me to the checkout and proceeded to offer his assistance to help take the rack off of my car. Really friendly and talkative and I highly appreciated his help!
