“Took my car in for replacement front brake pads & disks, received a call couple of hours later advising me that work was completed.Was shown the worn parts later when I collected the car.Reasonable price for the work done.People in the garage were friendly and answered questions.”
“Had an oil & filter service with the team today for my M140i. Callum (the engineer who booked me in and done my service) was very helpful and knew his stuff. My particular model can sometimes suffer with oil filters that disintegrate when you try to pull them out but he had no issue removing the old filter, the oil was drained from the sump and refilled using high spec MOBIL oil. He also performed a full check of my vehicle highlighting a few area's to watch out for in the future without any pushy/ strong arming that you'd get from a stealership. Overall a perfect service and pleasant experience from start too finish! Avoid the stealers and check out M KRAFT for all your BMW needs! 5/5 Stars”

“My master cylinder failed on me very suddenly, leaving me unable to drive my car. All garages local to me couldn't fit me in for up to 4 weeks, however I called Mr Clutch and they assured me they could have it fixed and ready for me to collect by the end of the week.Unfortunately, an issue occurred during the fitting of the cylinder, meaning my car had to stay with them for further work. I can only say positive things about how this issue was resolved - the staff were incredibly apologetic and assured me they would fix the problem for me. They went above and beyond to make it up to me and I genuinely can't fault the care I received thereafter.It's clear that this is a business who values their customers and I am very grateful for the outcome of what could have become a very negative experience for me.Thank you again!”
