The shopping is good. Lots of bargains. Well spaced and easy to shop.
The cafe however is absolutely awful. 2 bottles of sauce being faught for around the tables. Paper plates with cheap tasting food. Very few cold drinks available . Limited lack of idea menu, unless you enjoy chips, cheese or pizza! Very basic, not appealing seating area. Will never return.

Cheeky fake marketing on small kitchen appliences, at least 2 toasters are reduced at under £10. At the till they still charge you 18, respcetively £10 for something supposed to be reduced.

The EV charger has been out of service for a long time, but still advertised. This is really inconvenient. I?ve spoken to BP Pulse who own the charging points and Asda aren?t renewing the contracts. Why advertise they are there?

I have been shopping at Asda for years and years I have visited Asda date 1 April around 23.20pm at night when I walked into Asda at the door security guy steering at me I just walk off and I make my shopping after I finished my shopping I came out at Asda few minute later by them closing time which it's I never do that happen first time and come out late from Asda security guy he speak to me so rude arguing with me if you do again like that I will not take you this shop again we are not getting any payment after 00.00am he is shutting I haven't say anything I don't won't argue with this kind of person he never try to be polite to me or speak nicely he just straight away talk to me so rude and then I just walk off my car he still steering at me even when he is driving he steering at me I don't understand what's wrong with this guy never coming back to Asda until that security guy get fired ?

Cancelled my order, but the 1* is because no one told the driver and he came all the way to deliver it and of course it wasn't in the van. Now he's probably going to be late going home all because you couldn't fulfill your orders..

Use Asda hall road on Tuesday and the next thing I know my card has been cloned and the next day it had been used in the same Asda.

Visiting Norwich and needed to stock up a bit, so this was the closest store to us. Did shopping and wanted to use the toilets before leaving, like you do. All toilets near the cafe were closed! Luckily there was a disabled toilet on the next floor down, but very surprised this was the situation, especially on a busy Saturday. The queues to the single disabled toilet were very long too.

It's a constant annoyance that Asda staff block out all day parking spaces nearest the store. Store manager must be aware when passing the same cars everyday.

Customer service staff rude and unhelpful after trying to get assistance for my refund which I'm still waiting for from a returned online order you can not contact anyone direct as lines are busy bla bla bla really poor im not interested in Asda George problems we all have enough of our own there quick to take your money im sure many other customers are having the same problem

Aww I?m finding it harder and harder to shop here. I?m guessing they must be really short on staff.
Today was worse than normal.
10 am hardly any shopping trolleys available and couldn?t find a single one of the smaller. The store wasn?t too busy so have no idea where they were. The car park was a disgrace with bins overflowing everywhere. Shelves weren?t very well stocked. Not one check out open.
Self service is a joke when you are working yourself getting shopping for multiple people in one go.
I?m happy with ASDA products and prices, but find this one is really not a pleasant shopping experience.
Staff are mostly pleasant if you happen to be in contact with them.
Oh and if true to form look out school holidays have arrived and that?s when they choose to change all their shelves around. Poor adults wandering around aimlessly trying to find items with their children in tow.
