We are absolutely delighted with our new bedroom floor using luxury vinyl tiles, it is exactly as I imagined.John was extremely helpful when we visited the shop not really knowing what we wanted.The floor was laid in a day by Ben and James, who arrived on time, were respectful and friendly, worked really hard and left everything clean and tidy.What a fantastic job they did. Thoroughly recommended, and good to support such an ex ellent local business. Thank you.

We have recently used Arbons for a large bedroom carpet and a replacement stair runner and landing carpet.The shop has a good selection of options and John was very helpful explaining the differences and benefits of different options.Fitting was done with great care and left a lovely finish in the bedroom.The stairs were fitted with a runner and stair rods after we were given lots of different options with the suggested solution not being the most expensive!We are very pleased with the final products and would absolutely recommend the Company.

We chose Arbons for our new living room and stairs carpets as we prefer to use independent businesses as find the service they provide is better than big national companies.I visited the shop to have a look at the wide selection of carpets then John brought samples to us to make our final selection and measured the rooms at a time to suit us.A date for fitting was quickly arranged and the fitter did an excellent job. We're very happy with our new carpets and will definitely go to Arbons again when we want to recarpet our bedrooms.

Arbons fitted flooring throughout our entire ground floor and both bathrooms. The work was done with speed and precision and only took two days. The fitters were extremely professional and courteous, and were able to deal with the endless stuff we had everywhere while fitting. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We needed a carpet and our experience with Arbons was nothing short of excellent. In the shop the staff were friendly and very helpful with a good selection of flooring from established companies.The free visit to measure and quote was really useful with a good suggestion on how we could save money. The quote compared favourably with bigger chains.The fitting was confirmed for less than 2 weeks later and the service we received was excellent.Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've recently had new hard flooring and new carpets installed by Arbons, and I'm delighted with the results. They were very helpful in the store when I was making choices and the work was completed promptly, efficiently and to a high standard. John and his staff were also really helpful with moving heavy furniture, and everything was left beautifully tidy at the end. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very satisfied with my carpet for one of our reception rooms. I was recommended Arbon Carpets by my cousin. Visited their shop which was very well laid out and well presented. John the owner was very helpful and informative. The carpet was fitted by a very pleasant young man and to a very high standard. Excellent job. I am very very pleased overall and will definitely use Arbon Carpets again and recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are first class and very professional. The showroom is friendly with plenty of samples that you can take home if you want. Peter is very helpful and gives good advice. We chose a Harvey Maria floor for our kitchen. The site survey and fitting were excellent. John and his team paid great attention to detail and were very thorough. The were also clean and tidy.
