My daughter and I went in store to buy her an iPad for Uni. We had a very short wait for someone to come and help us which gave us a chance to look at the different options.
Finn came over to help and was fab! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Had an appointment booked for 16:30 didn?t get seen till 17:00 just to be told there wasn?t enough time to fix my phone. the time before I came for an appointment for a screen repair they didn?t have the screen in stock and my phone was booked in the day before

Woke store where the staff struggle with basic help

Needed assistance to sort a problem on an iphone. Walked in immediately greeted and asked how they could help. I needed an appointment at the genius bar. You are added to a list and can then go away and shop. They text to advise you when someone is becoming free to help. My wait was in all about 30 minutes. The problem was resolved quickly with clear explanation and showing me how to fix the issue. They dont just take the phone away and sort it leaving you none the wiser. The help was free and genuinely excellent. I was very Impressed

Had an appointment to sort out a minor issue. Staff really helpful and appointed time kept. Cannot fault the team in anyway. If I need anything for my Apple equipment will not hesitate to go back.

Thankyou Jay for helping me out with my airpods. I had spent several hours over two weekends trying to sort out connection with my airpods after a worker didn?t fix them properly and Jay was very helpful and explained everything that happened and why. I appreciate it.

I have used this store for repairs, purchases, problems on several occasion and the service has always been first rate, yesterday I was taking something in for repair and buying a new I pad. 4 people helped me at different stages of my visit and they were all without exception helpful, courteous and charming. At one stage I saw a customer be unnecessarily unpleasant to a sales person who handled it courteously and with aplomb. The staff are clearly well chosen and well trained.

Very disappointed with IPhone 15 Pro Max Apple silicone Case, sold as a premium product at premium price. After 7 month?s the case has split in the corner and at the microphone end, no excessive use, just in and out of jeans pocket. Was advised at the they case would be replaced by Apple , but at a cost of £49, same cost of a new one. This is a poor quality product that is not fit for purpose. Will go to Amazon to get a new phone case, significantly cheaper and probably just as good.
