Went into your norwich store, soon as I walked in i was greeted very professional by a young lady called karly, to which she walked me through all the toys and outfits that met my requirements and my partners needs. Highly recommend seeing her for anything you need, she will have you covered, very professional ?

I have had the best day! Paris at the chantry place store in Norwich was amazing!! She made me try things that I would never have, and made me realise that I actually looked really good! She was very patient, knew her stuff and made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout. Actually boosted my mood so much and I literally can't thank you enough!! This woman needs a raise!! I visited anne summers norwich store on Saturday the 24th of may with my 2 friends at around 17:00.
My friends had told me i needed real bras and I had always put this off due to underlying anorexia from my youth and hated looking at my body.
My friends found a lovely lady to help us, Sophie.
She was so kind and caring and immediately said yes and asked what it was I was looking for. She came into the changing room with me firstly to see what kind of bra I had previously been wearing.
Nothing was too much for sophie. She told me that the band was okay but I definetly needed a bigger cup. Unfortunately, due to my anorexia this spiralled me into crying with her. I apologised as it was silly but she couldn't of been more kind. She told me that it was okay, we would sort this out and that she wasnt sure why I was so sad but I was a beautiful person. She closed the dressing rooms off but allowed me and my friends to continue finding the bras I needed.
She kept coming in and out with different shapes, sizes and colours.
I ended up purchasing 3 sets and she was so amazingly kind at the checkout and told me if I ever needed to come back, even to talk she was there for me.
This society is quick to give bad feedback but we aren't willing to give the positive and Sophie deserves the world. She's an asset to your company and to the Norwich Branch.
I do hope this gets back go her as she made my day better and has made me feel more positive in my own body.

Me and my partner took a trip to Ann summers in Norwich and had some excellent help and assistance from Carly (I hope I?ve spelled this right!). Kind, open, friendly and professional, she really took the time to go above and beyond with any questions we had, getting us demos of items we were looking for and giving advice where needed. Fantastic store with a great atmosphere, I?d really recommend for anyone even if you?re feeling shy or are more experienced. 10/10 will go back and look for Carly if we need any more help <3

Had operation which hospital advised massage as part of ongoing treatment, goggled massagers an local Ann Summers came up, so called into store. I was greeted by an assistant named Morgan who was extremely polite and helpful, and took me through the various options for my needs. Together we got down to one, which Morgan was happy to show me and she also demonstrated. Very good experience all round. Thank you

The staff in this shop were the nicest people I've seen in a shop for a while they were so understanding and non judgemental which made me feel so much better about myself. I'm not sure what their names were there were 2 ladies in there one with short black hair and one with longer orange hair they was so lovely thankyou.

The staff are always so sweet, friendly, helpful and understanding. They are always willing to help and have such a wide choice in sizes, colours, styles. They usually get amazing promotions and deals on super often! I had my size measured by Paris today. They made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and accepted! Big kudos to that absolute sweetheart! ? :) They did an amazing job helping find my size.
