Made to feel like a criminal when I was on self checkout asking me about my bags as I'd come from the city watching me and made me feel very uncomfortable... absolute disgrace considering I've been going there for 5 years

Great bargains and own brands are good value which taste great. Lunchtime, tills constantly open and close. Don't know what's more frustrating being told to stand at an empty till as the casher has not arrived or listening to the the tannoy

This store is going downhill fast!!! The store assistants in the self serve isle are complete jobsworths!! Shooing you to use the manned tills even when there's no one queued behind . It's a total joke. You pay all that money to installed self service tills and there's no one using them!!.
When this store first opened the staff were lovely but now they're rude!! Isn't that a reflection on the manager??
Time to go to lidl instead I think
