Its handy to have online banking untill u go to transvere some money go though all the security then get a phone call to agree its ok to be told u are locked out. rate experience for online not the brance

Staff are great and agree with me. Closing branches and replacing staff with computers that don't work is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone needs to wake up and realise that customers are important and computers (with no common sense) can't replace staff.

Staff unprofessional, opting to spend prolonged amounts of time chatting loudly to one customer about mutual friends/health issues etc...rather than dealing with customers in the queue waiting for banking services. So much for confidentiality!

Highly incompetent . I've been waiting to create an account for about 2 months now . Nobody gets back to me . And everytime I check in with the bank there is just a different excuse/lie every single time . I'm sick of this I'm taking my business to Monzo and Revolut . Now that's banks you can rely on !

Staff are helpful and always give good service but seem to be limited on what they can do. Worth noting as others have said 1 counter so can create a wait.

only go there if you have nothing to do all day. only one counter there now so always a massive line.they try and tell you to use the machines to pay money in to but you can guarantee the machine will not recognise a few notes so you have to wait in the massive line.

After going to santander in norwich which is ment to open at 9.30am then to be told they are deep cleaning so would not be open until 11am we went to the branch at north walsham to find out this branch is temporary closed it would have been nice to know as your website does not say a thing but as your a bank i wonder if you know the meaning of the word nice?. I give you one star as you have to give at least one to leave a review.

Close all local branches and then in a pandemic only open for four hours mon to fri not very helpful when you now have to travel 15 miles very poor customer service

Mostly lovely and very helpful staff but since the remodelling of the branch and reduction of cashier desks to only one desk waiting for service is painfully slow and very frustrating
