Been to eat tonight the food was impeccable as were the staff.we both had starters which were huge lamb skewers and white bait.I had the lamb chops for main 3 chops which were delicious my partner had the fish pie which she said was the best she had ever had.I was stuffed but couldn't resist a dessert lemon curd Bakewell recommended to me by our lovely waitress.Fantastic.Will we be going again you bet.Cant think of a better meal I have had in Norfolk reasonable prices too.

Excellent meal and service tonight at the Railway Arms.
The menu is varied, even for vegetarians (a rarity these days) and they also had five or six specials on the board.
The portions were huge, particularly for the price, and served hot and fresh. We asked for a few tweaks when ordering and nothing was too much trouble.
Great range of drinks, alcoholic and soft.
With all this, an amazing server (perfectly, not overly, attentive and super friendly) and a gorgeous pub dog, what's not to love?!

Phoned on off chance of getting a table the same evening, and was pleased I did.
Food was homely, delicious and portion sizes were excellent.
Staff were friendly and efficient.

Awful Sunday Roast. £17.50 that contained 3 potatoes that seemed like they had been cooked the previous Sunday and kept warm. Brown Cabbage, soggy carrots, burnt Yorkshire pudding. Instant mix gravy. Roast beef ok, but the pork was fatty and the crackling soft. The two stars were for the delicious starter. Staff were as always extremely efficient and friendly.

I've been here twice recently as we stayed nearby over Easter and the May half term. The roast is absolutely amazing! Couldn't fault it at all. The chef even comes out to check everything is okay. So much food, all the best cuts, best produce and you can really tell the difference! We can't wait to come again next time we stay in the area.

Lovely Sunday lunch, roast beef & roast pork, with variety of vegetables. The restaurant can get a bit warm when the sun is shining on/through the roof. We needed our afternoon walk!

The best Sunday roast I?ve ever had (and I?ve had a few!). A fantastic pub, excellent staff and outstanding food. We?ve also been on a Saturday evening for dinner and found the menu was full of very tempting options with something for everyone. Again, the food was delicious and we had a lovely evening. Such a great place in a beautiful part of the country.
