I have used Norfolk Energy Performance Certificates on two occasions in recent years ? most recently today. On both occasions I have found Lesley to be very quick to respond to my requests and she has provided a first class, highly professional and very courteous service. The survey was done this morning at precisely the arranged time and I had the certificate this evening. You can?t ask for better than that. I would also highlight that her charges are very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service. I would highly recommend Norfolk Energy Performance Certificates.

We needed an EPC doing for one of our rental properties. Lesley provided a very professional, personal and prompt service. She carried out the testing within 3 days of request and supplied the certificate on the same day as the testing. I would highly recommend.
