Excellent garage, really helpful when we had a slow puncture. Found the leak in the tyre on the side wall, which is never going to be repairable, got us a new one ASAP and got us on our way. Great friendly staff. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service?we had a tyre blow out whilst on Holiday,they ordered a tyre for us on a next day delivery and fitted it whilst we waited, nothing was too much trouble for them, nice to see a family run business with a personal touch. Debbie on reception was fantastic she rang and kept us informed about the delivery of our tyre, thanks to them our Holiday was not spoiled.Tony & Jen Hill & Maisie the dog

Our clutch went whilst on holiday in the area. The RAC pointed us towards Parkside, who completed the job in time for our lengthy drive back home at the end of the week. Fantastic communication throughout - they had even checked in on our reg before we had got towed to them so they could get the parts on order straight away.

We broke down on the Monday afternoon 12th April 2021, fan belt had shredded, no particular reason at first.left it till Tuesday and called RAC, couldn?t the fixed on site, as transit camper van and to large. so they took vehicle to RAC approved Parkside Garage Thursford, Fakenham, sometime Tuesday afternoon.Wasn?t expecting to hear anything that day, but at close of business got a call from Debbie, saying van had been inspected and damage that needed doing with warnings of other parts that could be effected. I asked them to carry on and they said anything else needed they would let me know immediately and should be ready Friday.Heard nothing Wednesday, then Thursday Debbie called again and said unfortunately it had needed a new alternator, but would be ready by close of business today.Arrived to collect first thing Friday, met Debbie and paid up and left, all done.I have to say, the large bill was actually largely made up of cost of parts and I think the labour charge was extremely fair for work involved.I only met Debbie but everything was done with extreme professionalism from front of house and I assume all members in the garage.It is really nice nowadays to be able to still find companies that have the old fashion premise of offering an excellent and above average level of service.So we?ll done Debbie and the actual chaps who fixed the van.I will definitely be using again.kind regardsMalcolmService: Engine repair

Great team, really helpful. Full set of brakes replaced, new tyres and other minor work done. Very happy with everything so I returned a week later with another car for it to be serviced and MOT'd. Don't be deceived/put off by the appearance of the buildings!!
