Everything is fantastic but coffee can be better, coffee cups kind of spoil the taste of the coffee, I recommend you to take your own cup.

I absolutely love Lynford arboretum! I come here for the walks, but love stopping at the the Shepherds Baa for coffee & cake or lunch. It does a range of hot & cold drinks, a range of cake, and light lunch. They have recently opened up a cosy new seating area.

Lovely place for a walk and then can stop off for a great drink/snack and cake. Great selection of food and reasonable prices in today?s climate. Handwashing facilities and toilets and dog friendly. What more could you want ??

A beautiful location nestled at the crossroads of centuries old historic woodlands.
It blends in with its surroundings and offers chic and cosy seating in its dining area as well as offering outside table seating.
It is growing in popularity as more people discover it and not hard to see why.
I do recommend the hot chocolate, the coffee, and the milkshake was also really good.
The breakfast bap, roll was so good.
Very much loved.

Love coming here but despite the amazing refurbishment still no savoury gluten free options and just 1 cake. Very disappointing! Oh and still only 1 loo! Much busier today than on our previous visits and a long slow queue for food and the loo!

Lovely new café in the middle of Theford Forest. The location is stunning, with beautiful dog-friendly walking routes and a huge wild swimming lake within minutes. The café has indoor and outdoor seating, the indoor area is beautiful with a Hobbiton door and skylights, especially cosy during the rain.
The food and drink is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and service is fast. There are excellent options for vegans including milks and cakes, and various gluten free options too.
Everything is dog and child friendly too! Access to everything is step-free but the paths are quite bumpy in places.

Lovely setting, especially the new expansion.
However, although it suggests there are many vegan options online, there are no homemade vegan cakes (there are some packaged upf tarts) and one savoury vegan option.
The coffee is good with a selection of alternative milks.

Found here while out on a bike ride and OMG a little slice of Heaven. We had ice cream, a sausage roll, coffee and cake. The cakes were out of this world so we had to call back the next day for another slice. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the forest. Team really helpful and cheery, even when we turned up 5 mins before they closed. Highly recommended 5 ?
