Brought a gift card for my mother for mothers day for an afternoon tea, but due to work and other life commitments she let the voucher go 4 days past the use by date. Didn't sit in as paid for. Due to voucher having expired by 4 days. There were reasons for this. Bus empty but told we could not sit. Had to take away,even though son paid for eat in and pouring with rain. Staff rude and showed no empathy. Dreadful way to treat customers and very short sighted.
