I needed to open an additional account as a previous one was expiring - I was met quickly and smilingly by Verity who explained what was happening to the existing account and helped me review my options. We were joined by V's boss after asking my permission . All was successfully accomplished politely, professionallly, clearly and with a sense of being looked after. Thank you.

Recently visited your Kings Lynn bank .Spoke to Aga Oles .Aga was very helpful in guiding me through swapping saving accounts to get better interest rates. The service was quick, friendly, everything was explained well. Thank you Aga Oles you are an asset for the company!

If I could, I?ll put zero Star well just wasting off time all the staff are waiting there and they don?t even help. Shame on TSB and for sure I will switch to another bank.

Bank tellers are awful. No interest in helping you over the counter. Constantly being sent to the machine which rarely works. And only does half of the cash I wish to despoit. If you ever wonder to yourself why bank branches are closing. Just visit this one. Will be moving my business banking elsewhere.

My second time going to this branch & don't rate the staff as being helpful. First time I put some notes/cash into my account and found the member of staff to be rude. Today I wanted to put notes into my account and I detest using any ATM machines to put notes into my account. The branch was not busy at all and I requested I'd rather go to the desk,although a member of staff did offer to help which I declined last minute too much faffing around.Thankfully I can use the post office to deposit money into my account which I will be using more often. The Swaffham branch staff was absolutely fantastic, I don't why TSB decided to close that branch down.

If it was 0 start I would put I send one my stuff to get change the casher speak to him and he is wife so so rude and she didn?t give the change shame on TSBAnd I have 2 business account with them but for sure I we?ll change them to different bank
