i'm a regular on Saturdays as i work just down the road, so on my breaks i usually visit subway. The staff are always polite and friendly, especially David who is there almost every time i visit. Today there was a new member of staff i hadn't met before, Chloe, who was polite and greeted me immediately, and also complimented me on my tie.
My only critique, and this has only come about because of the recent hot weather we have had, would be to get some form of air conditioning unit. After walking down the high street, it felt hotter inside the building than it was outside! cant imagine how to staff must feeling! I know i wasn't the only customer feeling it as the people adjacent to me chose to sit as close to the open door as possible.
aside from that, always a great experience, and i will continue to visit in the future

We visit the high street branch a fair bit. The staff are always so polite and friendly, infact their friendly manner can make someone's day. Keep up the friendly atmosphere you create ?

Went in around 14:30 on the 18th. There were 2 workers a young brunette (A) and an older blonde (B). A was lovely she was engaging with the kids in front of us and really went out her way for them. B was the most miserable person I've ever interacted with she was rude to customers and the other staff clearly just didn't want to be there. Even when we were eating all we could here was her complaining. Food was good obviously cuz its subway.

This is the best Subway in the Uk. The manager is awesome and always makes you feel welcome and valued. He trains his team to be friendly and efficient and it?s always a great experience. Another big thing for me is that their lavatory is always very clean and fresh as is the seating area. Excellent service, high standards and a happy place to get your food.

Use greggs a lot but this must be the worst, tables and floors full of food service so slooow and server so miserable and to cap it all no hot drinks.

I ordered a breakfast sub to be told I wasn?t allowed all the salad I asked for as he said it?s limited on the breakfast. Never heard that before .

I came in 8:20 the door was locked , the girl came in let us in we were forded to wait 10 minutes while she was counting the money, was clearly late to work and hungover from the night before , I have ordered a sandwich and she asked cheese and toasted I replied yes please and she said sorry I can only microwave it , unless you want to wait about another 10 minutes for the oven. So I had the microwave as I had to get back to work , was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever eaten. She was rude and the whole customer experience was single handedly the worst I have ever had. I will not be coming back here and make sure all of my friends do the same and as long as this girl works there you will be losing customers daily.
