Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Service was adequate, but not 100% attentive.
The let down was the seating. I sat at high table and it wobbled extremely badly, to the point I was more focused on keeping it from rocking than I was focused on my meal. Other tables needed cleaning and clearing. Was not busy so staff would have had enough time to clear tables if they wanted to.
Overall would eat here again, but maybe take my food away next time.

If I could give a 0 for service i definitely would, many things to complain about, staff members do not change gloves when doing sandwiches people could have an allergy to something and you have touched it then touching the sandwiches your making, I always get my blue light discount and went in today and they denied it (apparently they don?t accept it, but I?ve used it plenty of times before) didn?t even offer me a bag I had to walk out with loads of food and drinks in my hand I mentioned do I not get a bag and was completely and utterly ignored,, this is the worst service I have ever had.

Really dire quality for a subway - staff have been working here for years and yet are the slowest sandwich makers in the land. Take a ridiculous amount of time to serve a customer - meandering around doing odd jobs when busy, randomly swapping positions on stations to ensure it takes you the longest time possible to get your food. Waste of money and time. Every portion is budgeted and stripped to the minimum.

Very clean outlet, served by friendly, patient staff who are able to suggest different fillings to the food. Fairly priced, too.

Date of Visit: 29/05/2024 - This is the 2nd time my wife and I have been to this particular Subway, and I must say we?re ***VERY IMPRESSED*** All the staff are lovely and very customer-focused. The Tuna ?Foot Long? and Cheese and Tomato Pizza I had were ***EXCELLENT*** and the ?Cookie Deal? is great value too ! I personally believe this Subway is better and the food is more well-presented than other Subways we?ve been to in the past. A very ***WELL DONE*** to all the staff, and we shall definitely return - Thank you for your service :)
