Got cookies and they were so overcooked.Not only that but I walked in to a herd of flies coming at my face .Last time I went there the cashier gave me the wrong amount of money back.

ordered through uber eats, got a ?large? portion of ?crispy? waffle fries, they were soggy and there was about 12 in there. got footlong loaded nachos and there was about 10 nachos if that. got a tomato and cheese sub and there was hardly any cheese on top! also ordered sauces and got none at all! awful portioning. wouldn?t recommend.

i was ordering a bbq chicken bacon today and they have overpriced me and put as i have ordered rotisstyichkn and which i havent ordered that and he also added that we got extra mozzarella cheese when i havent even ordered any and i havent ordered extra bacon and h had the audacity to iver price me and add these items on my receipt and made me pay extra

There?s a brilliant fella in there who always get my order perfect and is brilliant always.Good always brilliant especially the breakfast menu ? if poached eggs aren?t your thing they?ll put on double bacon for free.

Right I came into subway gaywood today brought myself a foot long turkey&Ham as I order the 2 girls on the counter where rude and obviously not interested in doing there job and I ask for a cup of Hot water so I could warm up my 7 week olds bottle which I GOT CHARGED £1.59 FOR MIGHT I ADD! I?m utterly disgusted in this and I shall be writing an email to head office. To charge someone for a cup of hot water just so they can feed their baby is absolutely ridiculous and down right disgusting! So if I could give no Stars at all I WOULD!

If I could give no stars I would! I finished work at 6.30pm and decided to get something to eat before going home. I walked in the door was open & the floors wet. The girl behind the counter was on her phone . She seemed very abrupt when I gave her my order as it was an inconvenience to her! She then abruptly told me to close the door!! Last time I checked I work for the NHS not subway!! I said to her it was open ...she then abruptly said close it because she!!! Was cold! Unbelievable! She as a worker should of used her legs to close the door. She made me the worst subway sw I'd ever eaten!! I will definitely won't be returning & nor will my work colleagues from the surgery!

Delicious subs but staff are not very friendly & don't understand some ingredients & the tables & chairs were not clean inside & outside had to wipe down myself before eating & the staff were just talking to each other in the back.

This store is usually as good as the others, except from today. Staff member did NOT know what a gherkin was and her reply was, ?we call them pickles? by pure common knowledge, everyone should know what a gherkin is, especially if you work with food?The shop floor is dirty, crumbs everywhere, crumbs on tables and chairs, the door entry mat is dirty and needs hoovered. The whole time I?ve been sat at this table, it had been quiet and not once did staff attend to tables and the floor to keep them clean. The window table is also dirty. However at the time of finishing this review the staff member is starting to finally wipe the tables?..Parking: At the rear, few spots available.
