So I popped in for a drink and chocolate twist for my son then as we are about to pay I got out cash ....... I did not know they are cashless and apologised but the ladies were so wonderful and gave us the drinks as they were started already, I'm so very grateful for the kindness and thank you very much. I offered to put cash as a tip instead but they don't have a tip jar so I couldn't. Thankyou lovely ladies xx

On Friday 4th October, my adult daughter had a very nasty turn and collapsed in the toilets. I managed to get her up and sat her in the restaurant, while my other daughter got her a sugary drink and something to eat. The 2 members of staff were amazing! Very kind and considerate. I?d like to thank them publicly for their amazing understanding and customer care. Well done Starbucks for employing amazing people. They are a credit to you I?m ashamed I did note their names as was a bit stressed. Thank you!!

I was waiting for my car to finish a service and fancied a drink.
Only to find out the best news Starbucks is dog friendly! How amazing is that! Was so nice to find somewhere I can have a drink inside with my dog. Service was great!
Area manager was lovely and really chatty and down to earth! I recommend this Starbucks!

Today I had a signal from my service dog I was going to have a seizure. I went in to Starbucks and 2 staff members where fantastic they helped me out and got me a drink and even my kids a drink thank you so much to Rainey and Tina for all the help and support great staff members
